Regarding KASPA
- Kaspa is the fastest, open-source, decentralized & fully scalable Layer-1 in the world.
- The world’s first blockDAG – a digital ledger enabling parallel blocks and instant transaction confirmation – built on a robust ,proof-of-work engine with rapid
- single-second block intervals.
- Built by industry pioneers, led by the people.
Kaspa is a community project that is completely open source, with no central governance and no business model. Similar to Bitcoin, Litecoin, Monero, and Grin, the Kaspa mainnet was publicly launched with no pre-mining or any other pre-allocated tokens. Kaspa was created by DAGlabs. Creator: Yonatan Sompolinsky (the man from the Ethereum whitepaper). DAGlabs was founded by Dr. Yonatan Sompolinsky with the aim of implementing the GHOSTDAG protocol - created by Yonatan and his doctoral supervisor at the time, Dr. Aviv Zohar. Yonatan has been gaining notoriety in the blockchain academic world since 2013 when he and Prof. Zohar conceived the GHOST protocol, which became famous for being cited as a design goal in the Ethereum whitepaper. Yonatan currently holds a postdoctoral position in a research team at Harvard University studying MEV on DAGs. If you are looking to pick a valuable coin with investment potential, then you definitely have to consider the project background and the project creator, Kaspa is really a rare valuable coin, the project side is very responsible, and the holders' consensus is also very strong. If you missed BTC early on, don't miss the next-generation PoW blockchain star project.
1.The opinion of Satoshi Nakamoto on BTC was that it would become a peer-to-peer electronic cash system, but Bitcoin ultimately became a means of value storage, or electronic gold. This is a huge accomplishment, but there is still room for improvement.
2.KASPA is designed to fill this gap. KASPA is in line with Satoshi Nakamoto's vision and is the fastest PoW coin (Satoshi consensus) on the planet. Its goal is to become an L1, like ETH, BNB, ADA, SOL and MATIC.
3.The GHOSTDAG consensus is the underlying blockchain mechanism that powers KASPA. In this blockDAG called GHOSTDAG, a block is not limited to connecting to one block, but can connect to different blocks. In other words, parallel blocks instead of linear chains. KASPA currently produces 1 block per second, with initial confirmation time being instant and final confirmation time being 10 seconds. When the RUST coding rewrite is complete, the blockDAG is expected to produce 32 blocks per second. KASPA has been above L1 in the past 24 hours. KASPA's 32 BPS network propagation upgrade (31 millisecond block time) comparison: 19,200 times faster than BTC, 384 times faster than ETH, 67 times faster than MATIC, 12 times faster than SOL, KASPA is far ahead in the competition.
4. Like BTC, KASPA was launched fairly in November 2021, with no pre-mining, zero pre-sale and no coin allocation. KASPA is 100% decentralized, open source and community managed. Out of the total 287B KASPA, 13.8 billion are in circulation, with a market capitalization of 25.3 million.
5.Imo is the first PoW blockchain to achieve L1 adoption, because it has an instant transaction construct and scalability beyond my expectations for PoW. Although KASPA is already the fastest, most scalable and secure PoW L1, the goal is to achieve smart contracts, defi and Layer 2 applications on it. I will use these applications here.
6.One of the main discussions in the Crypto ecosystem is which consensus mechanism is superior, PoW or PoS? PoW is more secure and more decentralized, while PoS is usually faster and more scalable. Another drawback of PoW is the energy intensity of the consensus mechanism, which KASPA uses an efficient algorithm to reduce.
